If you applied to PHC CARES, our prior grant program, you can login with your existing credentials or reset your password. New applicants must create a user account by filling out the information below. After signing up you will be taken to the PA SHARP application.

You will have the option of saving your application draft and returning it later. When you return to the system, click on “My Applications” in the upper right hand corner to view your work still in progress.
